Chip is far and above the best at consistently delivering high quality candidates that met not only our technical requirements but also were a good fit for our company organization as well. With Chip, I get a different approach, which I think leads directly to his success and speaks volumes about his approach to work and his ethic. Chip goes far and above to establish a rapport with candidates. To really get to know them and understand them. The other side to this equation, is Chip goes out of his way to understand our organization. To get a first hand direct feel for our culture and understand the soft requirements for what a successful candidate needed. Chip is very responsive to our needs. He is a man of his word when it comes to commitments. I have enjoyed working collaboratively with him on every engagement we have had so far and will seek him out for future opportunities when they arise.
I’ve been in Texas for 17 years, and have been working with Chip, whether directly or indirectly, for nearly all that time. Chip’s interest has always been more than for the duration of a given engagement or landing a specific deal. Rather, together we have worked to improve service delivery for clients and improve the offerings to potential customers. Chip has always been direct, forthright, and respectful, dealing fairly with me when I made a mistake, or helping me resolve issues at a client. I’ve even had both my sons, who got into IT at different times for different reasons, talk to Chip. One of them has done two different engagements through him, and I know that he’s provided both with good advice.
